Patrick Morris
The purpose of this site is to give the information you need regarding divorce law, as well as information about our law firm. It is important, if you are contemplating this life-altering step, that you have a full understanding of the law and that you are represented by a law firm with whom you are comfortable and that has the expertise to handle your case in the best possible way.
The law firm of Patrick M. Morris, is extremely sensitive to the needs of people going through a divorce. It is our policy to treat our clients with respect, courtesy, and understanding. We know that you need help during this most difficult of times, and are prepared to help you in every way possible.
Lastly, before you enter the rest of our site, we would like you to know the manner in which we handle divorce cases. It has been our experience in handling hundreds of divorces that it serves no purpose to litigate every aspect of your divorce. To do so is expensive, time consuming, and painful. To avoid the litigation course, we make every effort to settle your case with your spouse by treating them with respect and fairness. In many cases, this approach is successful. If however, your spouse is not agreeable to being fair with you, you can rest assured that we have the trial experience necessary to assert your rights in the Courts of the Commonwealth.
We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person to discuss your situation. This initial consultation is free of charge. As Attorney Morris does not want to accept a fee until it is determined that he can assist you & that you are comfortable retaining him as you attorney.
